Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping -

All squeaky shoes and accessories are shipped from our warehouse in Kansas City.  We use Priority Mail service through the USPS.  Typically, your order will be received within 3 mailing days (excluding holidays, of course).

Returns/Exchanges -

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction!  We will accept returns and exchanges of any unworn or unused merchandise in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase.  Please send an email to: customerservice@pickleshoes.com with RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line to start the easy process. 

Include: Name, Address, Phone #, Order/Invoice #, reason for return (include size and style if exchanging) and tracking number (if available).  Once the merchandise is entered back into our inventory, we will refund your payment or send out your exchange.
