  1. Are the squeakers removable?!

 Yes!  We always say - "Pickle shoes squeak, but they don't always have to!"  There is a squeaker located in the instep of the sole of each shoe.  An adult can use their fingernails or a non-sharp instrument (like a butter knife) to wiggle the squeaker out.  Be sure to keep them in a safe place.  You can re-insert them when squeaking is appropriate. 

  1. How does the accessory clip attach to your CONVERTIBLE shoes?

The interchangeable accessory clips attach to each CONVERTIBLE shoe and sandal through a heart patch that is stitched to each shoe.  See this video for to show how to attach and re-attach the clip.

  1. Do the shoes run true to size?

Our shoes normally run true to size.  You can see our sizing chart here.  If your child has a wider or thicker foot, we suggest to order one size larger.

       4. What if I need to exchange for a different size?

       5.  I lost a squeaker, can I get a replacement?

Of course!  Click here to send us an email with your name and address, we'll send you out some replacement squeakers right away.

       6.  Are your shoes made in the U.S.?

While we would love to make our shoes here in the U.S., however manufacturing our shoes in China allows us to keep our quality high and our costs low.  This provides our customers with great quality shoes at a very reasonable price.

       7.  What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  We stand behind the design, quality and durability of our shoes.  You may return your shoes for any reason within 30 days of purchase.  Click here for information on returns.
