13. Why can?t I find the tracking information of my order on the carrier?s site? When we ship your order, we usually send you an email immediately, telling you the tracking number and the website on which you can track your order. But the tracking information on the carrier?s website may not be updated immediately. It takes time for the carriers to process and update the information. So we suggest you to check your order two days after receiving our tracking information.
14. How do I pay through Western Union? If you choose to pay thru Western Union or MoneyGram, after you place your order, please send the payment to the name indicated on our website.
