Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Pickle Shoes, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We will be glad to refund or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Any returns after 30 days will be issued store credit only and have a restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be returned unused in original condition for a complete refund. Please contact us before returning items, any items returned without our prior knowledge may be refused.
All refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item in original condition. Please be sure to return items in a method that allows you to track your package (UPS, Fed Ex or Delivery Confirmation) and we would also recommend insuring packages as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
